The locations of the Summer School Programme are divided into 3 areas, which are:

1) Academic part, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok

 The venue for the program in Bangkok will be based at Chulalongkorn University. Participants will be accommodated at Chulalongkorn University International House. www.chula.ac.th/cuen



2) Field Excursion, Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province

This year, our destination is Samoeng, Chaing Mai province. Samoeng is a small farming community where Karen, ethic minority, living interdependently with forest. The participants will travel up north by train which take 11-12 hours. The participants will stay in the community and learn from forest walk with local people.



3)  Inside-out workshop, Ashram Wongsanit, Nakorn Nayok province

After travelling back from Chiang Mai,  the participants will stay at Ashram Wongsanit, in Nakorn Nayok province, focusing on theater activism and individual project design to catalyse learing from the excusion. Ashram Wongsanit was set up by social critic Sulak Sivaraksa as an alternative learning space and retreat for development workers. http://www.wongsanit-ashram.org
